I have been with Singtel for over three years and their 5G coverage is truly remarkable. Even in areas like Jurong West and Punggol where other operators struggled, I get strong signal. Customer service via the Singtel app is responsive — most issues resolved within the day. Top-up is seamless through the My Singtel app and 7-Eleven. Slightly pricier than the MVNOs but the reliability is worth every cent. Highly recommend for business users who cannot afford dropped calls.

Switched to StarHub from a more expensive plan six months ago and have not looked back. Their SIM-only plans are very competitive and the data rollover feature is a real bonus — I never waste unused data. 4G speeds in the CBD are consistently fast. 5G rollout feels a bit slower compared to Singtel but for everyday streaming and video calls it is more than adequate. Top-ups through the MyStarHub app work flawlessly. Knocked off one star because hotspot speeds could be better during peak hours.

M1 does not get enough credit. I have been on their postpaid plan for two years and coverage has never let me down during my daily commute on the MRT or when I am out in the suburbs. Their 5G speeds at Changi Airport were impressive. Top-up for my elderly parents on prepaid is easy — GIRO top-up and convenience store options both work smoothly. Customer support wait times improved a lot this year. Would be five stars if their international roaming rates were more affordable.

Circles.Life changed the game for me. I use around 30GB a month for work and their plans are priced way below the big three. The app is slick, top-up and add-on purchases take seconds, and the data rollover means nothing goes to waste. Coverage piggybacks on M1 infrastructure so it is solid across Singapore. No physical stores means everything must be done online — not a problem for me but older users might find it daunting. Five stars without hesitation for budget-conscious power users.
